Breakfast is often described as the most important meal of the day, that is true! No need to have a plethora of menus, the most important is breakfast does sustenance and energy for whatever activities lay ahead. Take your time and enjoy our selection of morning food with fresh coffee, homemade bread and fruit marmelade.

One of our speciality are salads. We give free rein to our imagination to create all kinds of fancy salads, mixing local recipes and tastes, to satisfy your eyes and your stomach. The main course, à la carte or special menu of the day, try what you want, all our food, local, Northern, Thai, French, Mediterranean, and Mexican, are tasty and delicious like home. We give preference to family style cooking rather than the great gastronomy. Eating should be a pleasure not a tasting.

The best for the end, another specialty from our kitchen, fresh fruit pastries, pies and tarts… According to the season and fruits availability, we make these mouthwatering desserts according to traditional recipes where the kneading of the dough and the art of baking is an essential skill and know-how. The secret place of our kitchen
The garden, the secret place of our kitchen where we grow some of our vegetables and cooking herbs according to the seasons. We use only natural and organic fertilizer and weedkiller. If you like gardening, you can participate in the maintenance of the vegetable patch and harvesting vegetables with us.

We pay great attention to our products and we choose only fresh and organic vegetables from our garden or market. If possible we select first local products from Pai. Using good and healthy food is the guaranty of high-quality culinary experience.
